CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:
- Wednesday, July 5, Check-in and registration 3 pm -5 pm, Dinner: 5 pm-5:45 pm
- Wednesday’s conference meeting starts at 7:30 pm
- Ends Saturday, July 8, at 10:00 pm
- Check out on Sunday 9 am
Conference Package Include:
- $20 Non-refundable registration fee, (includes conference material)
- 4 nights stay either in a cabin or lodge setting
- Conference meals : Wednesday dinner only, Breakfast, Lunch and
- Dinner provided Thursday thru
- Saturday and Breakfast only on Sunday.

Transportation:
Primary Airport: Philadelphia International Airport, (PHL) both USA and international attendees point of destination
Secondary Airport: Newark International Airport, (EWR) arrival destination only for international attendees point of destination. We must have your flight information(itinerary) in advance so that you can be included on
the list for pick up
The retreat does not provide transportation to the facility. Private transportation service will be provided on Wednesday for arrivals and Sunday for departure. As such it is essential for attendees needed transportation service to and from the airport to indicate their information on the registration form.
Early Arrival/Late Departure (International): If you are arriving 1 day (July 4) prior to July 5 or departing 1 day (July 10) after July 9 , the ministry will facilitate hotel accommodations in either Newark or Philadelphia.
This will be an additional cost (TBD).
Each attendee must fill out a registration form (exception family registration can be done on one form),please indicate the # of roommates. The Venue accommodations provide lodging for 4 to 6 people.
